ALL SALES OF TOKENS ARE FINAL. THE COMPANY OPERATES A STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY. ONCE A TOKEN BUNDLE PURCHASE HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND TOKENS HAVE BEEN ALLOCATED TO YOUR ACCOUNT, NO REFUNDS, CHARGEBACKS, REVERSALS, OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN SECTION 2 BELOW.
SmartStructs provides immediate allocation of digital infrastructure resources, cloud computational capacity, and automated artificial intelligence processing assets upon the execution of a transaction. Because these server allocations occur instantaneously upon token issuance, all token bundle purchases are non-refundable. The immediate delivery nature of digital asset provisioning makes the reversal of completed token allocations technically and commercially impracticable.
SmartStructs operates exclusively on a discrete, pay-as-you-go model. Because there are no recurring subscription fees or automatic credit renewals, you will never be subjected to unannounced billing cycles. Your payment obligation arises solely and explicitly at the point of intentional transaction completion.
Notwithstanding the strict no-refund policy, the Company acknowledges that technical processing anomalies may occur. In the event that: (a) a token is successfully deducted from your account balance; and (b) the Platform fails to initiate processing or to deliver an analytical report solely as a direct result of a verified technical malfunction, error, or backend exception attributable entirely to the Company's infrastructure (a "Qualifying Technical Failure"), the Company may, in its sole and absolute discretion, credit your account with a replacement token or equivalent account credit.
All checkout sequences, transaction handling, financial routing, and tax calculations are processed securely and exclusively by our designated Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Your purchase transaction is directly executed with Paddle, and is subject to Paddle's own Terms of Use and Privacy Conditions.
While SmartStructs establishes the fundamental refund guidelines outlined in this document, Paddle handles the administrative tracking of financial records. Any disputes regarding billing errors, payment capture failures, or tax document generation should be directed to Paddle's transactional customer support channels in the first instance.
The initiation of an unauthorized chargeback or a forced bank dispute with your financial institution in deliberate circumvention of this agreed-upon Refund Policy constitutes a breach of our global Terms of Service. The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account, forfeit all remaining token balances without compensation, and block your legal entity or identity from accessing the platform in the future.
